Geopolymer Repair Mortars and Insulating Resin for High-Temperature Industry
Three cement-free products from Ecobeton's Geoteria line: two repair mortars for furnaces and forges, and one pourable insulating resin for electrical components.
GeoT20: Fluid Geopolymer Repair Mortar
GeoT20 restores concrete in high-temperature environments such as industrial furnaces and forges. It contains no cement or other hydraulic binders, only a geopolymer binder and a selected blend of natural or recycled aggregates. It cures at room temperature and has a fluid, thixotropic consistency.
Request the GeoT20 Datasheet| Binder | Geopolymer (cement-free) |
|---|---|
| Consistency | Fluid, thixotropic |
| Curing | Room temperature |
| Compressive strength, 24 h | 30 MPa |
| Compressive strength, 28 days | 70 MPa |
| Typical use | Concrete restoration in furnaces and forges |
GeoT30: Semi-Dry Geopolymer Restoration Mortar
GeoT30 is designed for patching and restoring concrete in extreme-heat installations. Its semi-dry workability supports faster recommissioning, which helps cut downtime. Like GeoT20, it is free of cement and hydraulic binders and cures at room temperature.
Request the GeoT30 Datasheet| Binder | Geopolymer (cement-free) |
|---|---|
| Consistency | Semi-dry |
| Curing | Room temperature |
| Compressive strength, 24 h | 35 MPa |
| Compressive strength, 28 days | 80 MPa |
| Typical use | Patching and rapid restoration of concrete in high-heat plant |
GeoT10: Geopolymer Electrical Insulating Resin
GeoT10 is a pourable geopolymer resin for industrial electrical insulation. It fills molds and formwork and conforms closely to coils and other components. It offers high electrical resistivity together with heat resistance, in an inorganic matrix that does not burn.
Request the GeoT10 Datasheet| Binder | Geopolymer (inorganic) |
|---|---|
| Form | Pourable resin |
| Key properties | High electrical resistivity, heat resistance |
| Typical use | Insulation of coils and electrical components |
| Resistivity value |
